A decoração era agradável.

O prédio é muito velho. A persiana do quarto não funcionava pelo que foi difícil descansar com tanta luz e barulho vindo da rua. É um primeiro piso e os autocarros param mesmo em frente fazendo muito ruído. Tivemos muito pouca interacção com os proprietários e a empregada de limpeza deu pouca importância quando referimos que tinha aparecido uma barata na casa de banho.

Ordine e pulizia. Prenotato all'ultimo, informazioni e conferma arrivati subito.

Per il prezzo (calcolando che non c'è colazione) mi aspettavo perlomeno il cambio asciugamani giornaliero. La ragazza delle pulizie molto educata, gentile e disponibile. L'altra signora invece scocciata e arrogante, indipendentemente dalle motivazioni nell'alberghiero se il cliente è educato e pacato nella conversazione bisognerebbe esserlo altrettanto dall'altra parte. Questione anche di rispetto.
