Chaweng best hotel and hostel samui

A very nice hotel, I liked everything from the service to the room which had large panoramic windows. I want to advise you and ending with a pleasant staff who is ready to help you in everything.

The place is always clean and tidy and feels like home and the location is amazing

The location was superb. It was away from the noise of the town and beside a beautiful, secluded beach. The pool area was also lovely and quiet

The hotel was good value, meaning that as amazing as the beach and pool were, the rooms were clean but dated. Breakfast was passable

The staff were great, and the property was nice and clean

The location was fine, no major complaints

Booked a room with a balcony. There was no balcony just a step out on to a corrugated roof. Told the staff that it was dangerous there reply being be careful. Had to remove shoes before entering and leave them in a pile by the entrance.

- Close to the beach - Fairly quiet - Rooms are clean

- There is nothing about this place which is "hotel" or "best" - Price is high for what you get - No safe deposit box. When asking I was bluntly directed to a drawer in the room which can't be locked. - In general we felt that the receptionist wasn't genuinely nice. Sure she said to talk to her if we needed anything but when we needed something she usually answered in a very non patient manner, as if we were disturbing her. Sure she doesn't owe us a better attitude, but it could have made a difference.
