Chaweng best hotel and hostel samui

The lady working at the hostel was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We booked a dorm room but upon arrival the lady informed us that there was a cancellation on a private room which we could avail of. It only cost an extra 50 baht/€1.29 We were delighted!! The room and private bathroom was spotless. The lady working at the hostel booked us a taxi for our early morning ferry. Unfortunately the taxi company cancelled last minute and the lady brought us to the ferry (30min drive) in her own car without hesitation - unbelievable customer service. The hostel is in a good location with some bars, restaurants, shops and a beach nearby. The busy part of Chaweng is only a 10min walk. We would 100% return and highly recommend staying.

Extremely nice staff, very clean place, well equipped room with fridge,AC, private bathroom with towels, soap and shampoo.

I liked the staff the most, mother and daughter that were so lovely, made me feel like home and wanted to help you with everything. Very cozy and clean hotel and hostel. Well located, close to the beach and downtown, still very quite. I booked a private room, which had everything I needed:

Well located on a quiet road but walkable distance to the busyness of Chaweng main road. Bedroom was clean and comfortable and owners are very kind and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. There’s water, tea, instant coffee and fruits available for guests and the place is very clean.

The hotel is 15 min from the city center, really close to the beach. The girl at the reception is really nice, she helps you with motorbike, with taxi and everything you need. You will find the, coffee and water for free.

While waiting for pickup a friend left her bag in the hostel with all the other bags. Once they were ready for pick up they noticed the bag had gone missing. Understanding that they cannot help thieving, they refused to help look. And replied “what do you want me to do about it??? I will not look” very unhelpful and upsetting
