We'll stocked larder and complimentary goodies, albeit some things in fridge were past sell by date.

Was a big let down with the plumbing as we were unable to shower safely, as there was faeces coming up the plug hole when somebody flushed the toilet. Apparently this is a regular occurrence, and would have thought we could have been offered some sort compensation. Wooden floors also need thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning staff need to be more vigilant to this and what goes in the fridge

No clothes dryer. Noise from upstairs neighbors

There is noise from the adjoining flat as there is little soundproofing.

Generous amount of food left for breakfast. Apartment was very clean. Location good and easy walking access to center of town.

There was a plumbing issue with shower overflowing and toilet flushing backed into the shower drain. Owner was called at 9pm , answered immediately and all was handled quickly and efficiently in the morning. Upon our return the 2nd day chocolates were left!
