Provide shelves for storage,soap,shampoo,body lotions, some guest might have forgotten to bring whose items

The staff tried to change our room but all of the rooms were the same or worst.

As soon as we got there we saw flies and bugs all over the door and floor, it was disgusting. Furthermore they have a carpet inside the room, which was infested with bugs. During the night we could hear the bugs flying against the door trying to get inside. The door didn’t properly close too. There were stains on the sheets and wasn’t comfortable at all.
