Inner City Luxury With Free Parking

Excellent accommodation and excellent location! Apartment was modern and clean. Only suggestion is putting a blind or curtain on the top bedroom windows if possible and providing a dish rack in the kitchen. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and convenient! Excellent value for money and easy access to apartment. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Christchurch again.

Beautiful modern apartment handy to everywhere.

We were charged $50 for our request to keep our vehicles (motorbikes) in the garage for a couple of hours more after checkout as the weather had set in and we had to check in to other nearby accomodation, citing the cleaner had to use the garage and another cleaner would have to be organised. I can 100% truthfully say we that no cleaner was inconvenienced in any way by this and by the time we could move to our next accomodation no one had turned up to use the garage OR clean the apartment. It was a lovely apartment, but we left feeling ripped off.

It is a seemingly quite new home, very modern, that was comfortable and quite. Certainly, the garage perking was appreciated.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was light & airy. It was very clean with nice touches such as complimentary washing powder, shampoo & conditioner, shower wash. It was a convenient location within walking distance of Christchurch town centre. As a gated community it was also safe.

Drinks mats for the tables to prevent damage

The place is modern roomy and well appointed we particularly enjoyed the living spaces and the ability to watch a movie together in the lounge, and using the kitchen for breakfast and dinner. Having a garage was a must for us. The location is quite superb one could say walking distance to Christchurch, even though we chose to drive as it was raining.

The pillows (on the beds) felt very cheap and flat - investing on better pillows will provide a better guest experience. The blinds on the main bedroom are not very effective. The sofa is not very confortable and will only accomodate 3 people (tight fit) there are no sofa chairs. It was very good, but could have been superb..

The location, having a garage, good neighbourhood, street parking. The apartment was clean.

No AC in the bedrooms although advertised only AC in the downstairs living area, small and no fans available. Internet upstairs constantly cuts out. Carpet in the living area badly stained. Only one coffee capsule available for 2 couples! Upon request no rectification offered. Only one hairdryer available although we had two bathrooms.
