Это лучший отель в убуде! Персонал сделал все чтобы наше пребывание было комфортно! Ежедневная уборка, завтраки, возможность арендовать байк, стирка вещей! Хозяева отеля очень милые! Когда я упал на байке они обработали все мои раны! Отдельно отмечу вид из номеров на пальмы и рисовые террасы, никаких соседей и строек вокруг, природа! До центра убуда минут 20 на байке без особых пробок. Обязательно рекомендую это место!

Super hotel, chambre très propre, jolie vue dépaysante. Un peu à l'écart du centre si vous avez pas de scooter mais c'est pas dérangeant. On se sent bien immerger dans l'ambiance d'Ubud, je recommande.

Great stay at Bali View Ubud! The paddy field view was beautiful and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to enjoy the peaceful side of Ubud.

Excellent stay! Will be coming back for sure. Great room very clean,, havent seen a bathroom with marble all the way up to the ceiling. And oh.. the shower high pressure - nice! . Looking straight on to the view from my room padi fields and coconuts :). Pool was nice and clean although didnt swim in it due to my own health. Beautiful! Housekeeping daily, I was so spoilt! Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and attentive. Really helpful. Just a grab/gojek away to Ubud! Couldnt ask for anymore. Anything you want is there. Well thought off. Well done!! Really recommend this boutique hotel if you are visiting.

I stayed here for a week and the experience was extremely disappointing, mainly due to poor service and basic issues that should never happen in a hotel. Firstly, breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor this and insisted we pay extra. Even after showing proof, they continued to argue, and the issue was only resolved after I had to involve Booking.com. Even after it was “resolved,” breakfast service remained frustrating — items were missing almost every day, and we constantly had to ask multiple times just to receive a complete meal. Secondly, the room itself had problems. The doors did not close properly, which allowed geckos to enter the room at night. When I called reception, no one answered, so I had to physically go and find staff. The only person available was security, who did not speak English, making the situation even more difficult to handle. Finally, housekeeping behavior was very uncomfortable — the cleaner repeatedly went through our rubbish, which felt invasive and inappropriate. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. The service, communication, and attention to detail were all lacking. I would not recommend staying here.
