Everything was excellent with the property. We enjoyed our stay

It’s warm and comfortable and lovely

My wife and freinds enjoyed the stay, they were absolutely blown away.

Unfortunately, there was a water issue that was experienced, but the host was kind enough to make other arrangements, and luckily, water was restored.

Property was clean and functional. Our property contact was very helpful and accessible

We couldn’t get access to the gym. Gym required biometric access and although we did try to get access via our contact, we weren’t able to gain access for the duration of our stay. On the last day of stay we had no water

Spacious, clean, catered very well to all our needs. Was beautifully furnished and well equipped with every necessity, especially in the kitchen.

Water leaked out the shower door in the ensuite and needs to be unclogged to prevent water standing and welling up when showering. Therefore we could only use the main shower...

Not applicable as i did not make use of the apartment.

It was in a cramped block of flats. My wife waited 20 minutes at the door before the owner sent a code to retrieve the key.Being disabled I could not access the apartment becase it was on the third floor and there was no elevator .
