Firstly, I did not stay in unit 162, I was moved to unit 258 last minute due to unit 162 being double booked, this news comes after I have selected the unit based on it having balcony. I was misled by bookings because I paid for something I did not get of which that is extremely disappointing and misleading information for customers after making payments.

We arrived and checked in. The place had condom packets exposed. We left the accommodation and did not even use it.
