"buen lugar, zona centrica, facil acceso. limpio, sencillo y comodo para solo pasar la noche."

la decoración limpieza de la habitaciòn la hace muy agradable. es pequeña pero lo suficientemente comoda para 3 personas. el acceso fue muy facil con los codigos tanto de la habitaciòn como de la puerta principal, con el plus de tener un guardia 24/7 en el acceso del edificio

el calentador es dficil de regular el agua sale o muy caliente o helada. ademas hace mucho ruido cada vez que se enciende. nos dejaron solo una botellita pequeña de agua para una reserva de 3 personas por 3 noches. es un detalle pero es algo que se podria mejorar. ya sabia que no hay ascensor pero hay que decir tambien que las escaleras son muy estrechas lo que dificulta un poco subir el equipaje.

Location, location, location! Comfy beds, quiet and very clean

Hot water comes and goes and definitely cannot take a shower in both bathrooms at the same time. Kitchen, dining, living is much smaller than the pictures makes it look like.

La ubicación estaba genial, muy cerca de Reforma. Los apartamentos eran cómodos y se agradecía tener cuarto de lavado en la azotea, donde, por la tardes, después de cierta hora, te permitían hacer alguna lavadora. El personal de seguridad de los apartamentos eran muy amables.

No me gustó la poca seriedad a la hora de hacer la limpieza. Se suponía que tenían que limpiarnos los apartamentos cada 4 ó 5 días. En nuestro caso estuvimos ocho días sin agua que nos hicieran la limpieza en el apartamento. Y eso después de estar insistiéndoles en varias ocasiones. Además, se me quedaron olvidados en el apartamento unos artículos de regalo que intenté solicitar dejándole, el mismo día de la salida del alojamiento, unos mensajes por WhatsApp al administrador. En tres ocasiones le escribí pidiéndole que me dijera si era posible recuperarlos. Aún sigo esperando que me conteste. Me pareció una falta de respeto y una actitud poco profesional.

It was in a great location. The room was super clean and the sheet smelled freshly washed. We were given complimentary cookies for día de Los Muertos. The apartment was super spacious.
