Fuori il parco dovrebbe essere più curato

This property is excellent value for money and the hosts have thought of everything. The neighbourhood is friendly although it is a 50 minute walk to the historical centre. It is well stocked for cleaning and domestic requirements and has a good kitchenette for self catering. The welcome pack of water and biscuits were not expected. One of our guests left some trainers behind and there were no problems in retrieving these even after our departure.Thank you for that. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and the nearby family run restaurant ' Primo Vino' where the Nona still does the cooking, and worth the 20 minute walk.

Nothing we were highly satisfied.

New modern apartment in nice place. Very close to amazing pizzeria, shops and supermarket. Free parking was super nice. Beach is approximately 30 minutes from apartments, but it was not a problem for us.

Everything was nice

The appartment is nice, well maintained and equipped with the amenities as described and quite spatious. Newly renovated in an old appartment building. The hosts provided us with the welcome water and local snacks, which was really kind. Nice residential area with options for grocery shopping or eating out.

We had a few hiccups with communication with the host via different channels; in my opinion it was slightly overwhelming and unneccesary, but at the end, we sorted everything out. The next issue was parking, as there was no available parking space, and I had to park at nearby shops on the street. Thirdly, regarding the apartment: it was quite musty, poorly ventilated, and had a bad smel when we entered, it was fine after we opened the windows for fresh air. Some of the dishes had not been properly washed and the tea kettle had limescale stains. But ali in all, nothing too serious.

I agree with all other positive comments! Apartment is very clean, big and very spacious. It has a living room with a perfectly equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine), two bedrooms and a bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a comfortable feeling. In front of the building is a large parking area, where you can always find a free parking space. I definitely recommend this apartment!

Great apartment, newly remodeled and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Hosts were really nice and helpful and the apartment also had always a parking spot available. Access through phone made it even easier and the extras found in the apartment (coffee, soap, etc) made the stay even more pleasant.

Apartment was very nicely renovated. I like the way how to open door with application on the phone
