The location was Perfect, the host was very clear in her instructions and always repleyed quickly to questions.

El apartamento es enorme y tienes muchos espacios para estar tranquila y cómoda. La casa estaba super bien equipada y la anfitriona estaba atenta en todo momento. Para repetir!

Si salva solo la posizione e l'ampia terrazza

Pulizia assente, polvere ovunque persino nelle testate dei letti, bagni con muffa, calcare e senza ricircolo. La notte non abbiamo potuto accendere l'aria condizionata perché si rischiava di soffocare per via della polvere. Materassi e cuscini vecchi e scomodi. Armadi pieni di asciugamani e lenzuola accatastati e piegati alla meno peggio ed alla portata di tutti pronti per i prossimi malcapitati. Manutenzione generale, cura e attenzione all'ospitalità per non parlare poi di sicurezza e igiene completamente assenti.

Absolutely nothing! Very bad apartment. BEWARE the stay will ruin your holiday. Host advertised property as superior. Host refused to attend property to fix any issues, never attended apartment to assist with checkin as promised, threatened me numerous times for no reason and ruined my holiday. BEWARE!

Apartment was dirty, had rotting rubbish in stairwell and inside apartment, no working air conditioning (was over 40 degrees inside apartment) during summer, no working tv, kettle or toaster, dirty bedsheets and linen, clogged bathroom sink, bathroom door handle fell off, promised free wifi and was never given access, shower heads were broken, toilets would only work occasionally, kitchen sink tap was falling off sink and could hardly be opened and used, cupboards were full of unorganised chaos that looked like other people’s chaos, some cupboards couldn’t even close as were broken, marks and dirt all over walls. Property was filthy, showers screens were disgusting, old air conditioning vents were full of dust, trash bags from previous people left in apartment, sofa beds broken, fridge and freezer stank! Only good thing was when we had to leave the apartment. DO NOT be fooled by the apartments photos and description. It is false. Owner is not helpful, in fact she threatened me via the booking.com app. She refused a refund and this experience was completely negative. Beware, owner is not honest, apartment is not worth your stay or money. It will ruin your holiday. It is a scam. Apartment advertised as superior. Absolutely false advertising. Basic necessities were not functioning. Not even fit for animals let alone human beings. We slept on the mattress on the floor with open windows because of the immense heat. That’s not what we paid for. Very very disappointed. Booking.com will not help you either. They do no checks on their properties or owners. Please be careful when booking, especially this apartment.

The size of the apartment The hosres was great! Helped us out with everything and also helped with the early check in and late check out (that was unexpected due to a suddon volcano eruption)
