That the area did feel safe

For starters, the Property host did not give me any instructions on how to get into the property. I contacted him six hours before check-in time, and his reply was that he had no Wi-Fi, when I did get to the building at check-in time I was continuously contacting him near a past hour has gone and he finally got back to me with the excuse saying he had no Wi-Fi to send me the information even though he should’ve sent it prior before my arrival at least 24 hours to make sure that the person staying has plenty of time to understand how to get into the property, and I won’t lie I thought I was scammed after being there for a whole hour contacting him and The was about to call the support team until he got back to me. In the property, it is very dusty and I’m not sure about the past reviews that this place has had but it sounds more like fake reviews after inspecting the property and I’m not sure how this property got reviews that good? Because this is not what I experienced very disappointing. furthermore inspection of the property there was broken parts everywhere and dirty areas not only that the drawers were completely broken so nowhere to store your clothes, and there’s no storage utensils in the kitchen and they all placed within the oven and looking at the utensils they are very dirty so I did not use them and left them as they were. And I don’t mean to be rude, but let’s just say I wouldn’t put my dirty underwear on this floor, And in the bathroom, there was used soap for me to wash my hands in sorry but I don’t think so. You’re supposed to have a clean bar in packaging ready for your host or nothing at all. Not a great start from the host and not a great Property to stay in sorry but this is very poor for me. And for me, I’m not even sure the property was even cleaned before coming to the place

The owner was friendly and fast to respond to any questions. Personally I like the location because I prefer to be close to the train station and in Gueliz neighbourhood.

This property is a very spacious and well looked after 4th floor apartment and is situated in an excellent location. It is very close to the main railway station and within very easy walking distance of the shops, cafes and restaurants of Gueliz and Hivernage. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable and quiet. It was beautifully clean for our arrival. It has a wonderful balcony area and also has great garaging facilities, which we needed. I was impressed that cleaning products were available and there were other thoughtful touches to make your stay as nice as possible. The bed is very large and really comfortable and there is lots of storage. The tv has a number of different channels and the Netflix app. We stayed for 3 weeks. We have stayed in many other apartments and riads within Marrakech and this is definitely one of our favourites. Communication with the owner and local lady were effortless. We highly recommend this apartment.
