Little Gem in Papamoa

Location was handy as it was right near the beach. Can see they have been addressing pass reviews and room and bathroom was clean That it had a washing machine

Was aware it was apart of someone's house until I did a deep dive into the review which then was too late to cancel Not much privacy Beds were ok - single bed was not great. Pillows weren't great.

Very well equipped. Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable and quiet. Helpful hosts

No free WIFI access until I asked - the access codes could be available in the room. No SKY TV channels.

Having a washing machine

Not clean.. shower, toilet and basin were dirty Needed to clean the dishes before using them Linens weren't fresh smelling Cushions and couch were malodourous Poor quality iron Too cluttered with old fashioned ornaments, cushions and old table cloths

Full cooking facilities, bathroom facilities and laundry facilities.

Accommodation was very comfortable.

The title of accommodation was different to the description. Need to reword the title: Attached one bedroom guest house. We had to block the doorway from main house to guest house as the smell, we think was their incense was very strong and overpowering. Considering the price per night, no free wifi, no milk, their personal body wash, shampoo to use. Yet in other accommodation these are have always been provided. I have stayed in many places before. Reading about the accomodation, it said private beach, actually no it wasn't. When we used the tv, obviously the guest room is used as their personal space, due to the accounts that were on the tv, we chose a random account to use for Netflix or TVNZ+.
