HOTEL LE SEASONS PARK

The property and the pricing both are good. The staff is good and responsive. The rooms are spacious and generally well kept.

The breakfast was different on all 3 days we were there however the taste was not upto the mark. The tea was especially bad and I pointed it out to the manager as well. The location is a slight issue.

There is nothing to like. Terrible! It is a jail not a hotel.

Staffs are terrible - front desk people don’t know how to talk .. they yelled at me when I asked to give me two keys. They intentionally want you to take key with you during the days, so there will be no electricity bill for them due to air condition. Breakfast is poor and there is nothing in the kitchen. I needed to go to paatra restaurant (Jaypee hotels annd resorts) every time I want to eat something that cost me more than my stay here. Nearby university people (i don’t want to pick the name) booked that hotel - it is a jail - never do this again for any guest - you know this hotel well!

i was recently checked in to the hotel for 2N/3D work trip and the stay couldn't have been any pleasant. Starting from the location it was good very quite and peaceful. Front office team was very warm upon arrival and checkout literally made the whole process hassle free. A special praise to the room service staff and chef at the hotel, food was literally out of the world and amazing. Breakfast buffet could have been improved, but still not something that would put me back from giving this hotel a 10/10 rating. Excellent service, keep it up team! I would personally choose your property anyday over others in the surroundings for my future stay!

staff at reception fail tp provide appropriate services, They issued keys of a room which was already occupied no hand towels and mediocore amenities dampens the stay. not value for money
