1.施設は清潔でした。 2.風呂場は、バスタブと洗うところが別々で、シャワーの出も良く、大変快適でした。

根本的にこちらは「ホテル」ですか？マンション民泊ではないですか？ 2月に聞きたいことがあり、電話した時にはスタッフらしい人が電話に出ましたが、宿泊直前に電話した時には、「民泊インフォメーション」が電話に出ての対応でした。 もちろん、ブッキングドットコムさんからも、タップステイホテルさんからも、無人ホテルであることは全く案内はありません。 無人ホテルでしたら、最初から予約しませんでした。

Location was great. Near to train station. Near to eateries. Very convenient. Amenities were of great quality! Bed was very comfy

リファのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが良かった。 お花が綺麗だった。

・部屋の表示の仕方が「2WEST」なら2階など、初見ではわかりにくく、ご高齢の方が混乱していた。 ・1ルームの壁のドアを開けたらすぐ共用廊下で、部屋の中が見えそうで少しソワソワした。 ・ドライヤーがドレッサーの場所に備え付けにもかかわらず、そこに鏡がなかった。朝のヘアセットの時に困った。

整潔度有進步空間。

Room was clean and spacious. Very near JR Saga Station and Saga City Bus Centre.

Please consider providing complimentary bottled water and full length mirror in room.

Location was good. Public parking lot was conveniently opposite the hotel.

Small narrow old building. Front of the building has been done up to look new but otherwise can see that the emergency exit area, back and sides of the building looks old and not kept in a great condition. Terrible check in process that is fully automated - we received a code to enter the building that was incorrect. Luckily for us, there were other residents coming in right after us, so we could enter. Check in process was confusing (we are IT savvy) and when we called for help, it looked like it connected to a call center. Person could not communicate clearly and was in great hurry to terminate the call. The robes in the room were yellowed and not cleaned well. Bath area felt like we were in a small capsule. Claustrophobic. Very thin walls and could hear the next door residents well into the night. An extra blanket/ duvet kept in a dirty torn plastic bag in the room. To confirm the check out process, someone from a call center came online and hurriedly disconnected in 2 secs. Felt bad energy in the room (and this is from folks who are NOT superstitious!!) Terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Check-in process is very bad.

ケトルが匂う何がスパイス?みたいな匂い。 あと、ドライヤーが作動せず使えなかった。
