Great location near to the train station, Hollyrood the and city centre Pretty reasonably priced compared to other properties we looked at Very quiet location

The room was very hot, despite having the window open and fan on all the time

Good location - only a short walk from the Royal Mile. good value for students. Rooms were basic, comfortable and warm. Perfect for a short stay.

Cleanliness in the shower can be improved. I would freshen up or replace the shower sealant to make it more presentable and visually appealing.

Mattress was old and springs could be felt, but ok when layer with a duvet

The location was superb, practically in old town. Staff were super kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were really spacious.

The room smells a little bit funny but you get use to it. The mattress was really worn, on one side you could literally feel the springs, might need to be changed.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The facilities are clean.
