People who work for this property are kind and empathetic.

1. Location is far and the road that leads to the hotel is small, full of speebrakers and somewhat not safe. 2. Sense of urgency is lacking among some staff members. Communication among different departments need to speed up and better procedures need to be put in place as it took 40 minutes to get a meal. I understand that the main restaurant was under renovation but robust procedures must be put in place. 3. It seemed they were understaffed. 4. No room service. Why? 5. Inspects and moths in the evening and night was a major nuisance, especially in front of the main door. No system in place to either kill them or not have them in the first place was present. Some people might need more training in customer service.
