USThe hosts are very prompt and kind. They addressed all of my requests/issues right away. The location is good and the room is renovated. Overall, good value for a small budget.
The room in the back of the first floor is very humid and the smell is not very pleasant. The drawers in the bathroom were dirty and I had to ask for cleaning supplies before placing my stuff in them. The pillows and the mattress were too soft for my taste. The shared kitchen was missing a table. I stayed six nights and someone brought it back the last night (making a lot of noise in the process).

KZThe place was really nice; clean and super fresh linen, 3 sets of towels, clean and new facilities, hygienic shower, which I think the rest of Europe should adopt sometime soon. Overall, the place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Trust me, after a crap hotel in Rome, for which I paid a fortune, I felt like I am in a world-class hotel in this place. The owner was very friendly and respectful. The kitchen has everything you need and they even have an electric iron. Overall, I was very satisfied with the place.
It would have been great if there was a small table in the kitchen. Just a small suggestion for the owner to make your place even more comfortable.
SKGiusseppe, the landlord was a fantastic guide as well as a wholehearted hospitality person. Felt like we've been friends from high school . The location on a quiet street with great opportunities to taste excellent local cuisine of off the beaten parh of mass tourism establishments. Also close to direct transport to the airport ot 30min walk to marina and a car rental.
