Location, cleanliness, decor, and the overall upkeep of the property was very good.

We couldn't use the pool as it is only heated in the summer month. It was just a minor issue, rest everything was great!

Wir waren in diesem Jahr mit unseren beiden Mädchen 26 und 29 dort und waren wirklich so begeistert. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Ich arbeite für den größten Reiseanbieter in Deutschland und kann diese Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen. Vielen Dank

"Home away from home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!"

Gorgeous location and so close to the wine tram station. Comfy beds with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living area and lovely bathrooms. Many great restaurants nearby too. Ferdi was an excellent host, so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend enough!

"Gorgeous and perfectly located for the wine tram, the town and the supermarket!"

Such an amazing location and view! House is big and the plunge pool was the warmest and cleanest we saw on our trip!

Ideal for heavy sleepers or early risers as by 7am each morning we were are woken by constant beeping of car horns?! Was very strange! An outdoor table would be great to enjoy the view while eating… felt a shame to be indoors!

Ligging vlak bij wijntram was heel fijn. Evengoed de nabijheid van restaurants.

Minder fijn was evengoed de ligging namelijk vlak naast fabriek (?) met lawaai 's morgens.

"Wow! Stunning property, excellent location with amazing views"

Wow! What a beautiful property, Ferdi and Melissa have gone all out and are wonderful hosts. They thought of everything from providing cold water in the fridge and feed for the numerous birds in the area to instructions on how to use the washing machine and dishwasher (very handy!). The beds were comfortable, the water pressure excellent, the facilities great and the view exceptional. Very short walking distance to the Tram and supermarket, and lots of tuk-tuk options available for longer distances into the town, which is worth exploring. We didn’t experience the fireplace and coziness of winter, but we spent a lot of time on the deck and in the (heated) pool watching the birds, sunset and stars. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

The only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!
