"Not good, i cudnt sleep bcz of cockroaches in room and in bed, no shower, fridge just for name"

Only location was good and the room size which I got, the one which they showed was not the one which I booked, I need to share pics to them to provide me that room, its not expected.

MOST OF THING I DIDNT LIKED........There were cockroaches in the room, literally all over. I killed many of them, it was in the bed itself, then how will u sleep. Many time i got up from my bed at night and found cockroach in bed, on my body, literally, I cudnt sleep comfortably whole, i took the hotel room only by seeing pics, but its not worth, i booked the room to sleep and taking rest, but it didnt happend and moreover the breakfast..lol.....two breads in triangle shape applying jam on one and butter on other, even small kid will not be happy with that, totally waste of money and not expected, ... this hotel is just a name and pics, PLZZZZZZZZZ DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, U LL REGRET, COCKROACHES, NO PROPER SLEEP, NO PROPER BREAKFAST AND SHOWER WAS ALSO NOT WORKING, ITS WORTHLESS

The place was crawling with cockroaches and mosquitoes. TV was not recharged. When I asked for the invoice I was told that it will be available on the booking.com app. Despite continuous follow up and reminders I’m still not given the invoice and there is no response for my complaints from either the hotel or booking.com
