Sea Side Rooms

Only the size of the rooms and the beds where ok

First the rooms are faced to the loudest street of the city, who is also the redlight district. You can‘t sleep from 10pm to almost 5am, a thing what wasn‘t detailed on the site on booking. A closed window doesn‘t even reduce the loudness of the music, it‘s like sleeping in a disco. Second in 9 days the sheets were replaced only once and the towels maybe twice. The room wasn‘t even cleaned or the showergel etc. refilled

The location was good!

The shower cabin was made really bad, it was a tiny square and the curtain didn’t go all around it so the water was going everywhere, also on the whole floor.

The room is just above some clubs that have loud music until 4AM in the morning, and this is not communicated anywhere on the booking page. Also, the reviews were way better when we first booked this accommodation and unfortunately we didn't think to check them just before our trip. I am still waiting to get my money back from them, as we were not able to sleep there and left.

nothing it was perfect

Reserved this place for five nights but within a couple of hours we knew that we cannot stay there. No windows or balconies towards the sea - instead the balcony was towards a noisy bar street with strip clubs etc. The description and photos are misleading and the place was nothing we expected! Not a place for a nice relaxing vacation. It took two nights until we were able to change hotels. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable! Also the bathroom, the shower area was very small and there were hairs in the bathroom. Never again and not recommending this to anyone.

Everything was great. The accommodation was excellent and the Sea Side team was so friendly and helped us with our check-out time. My family and I are so happy and we will probably come back. The location was perfect and the view was stunning. It was a little noisy during the night but it wasn't that much of a problem for my family and I.

it was horrible. the room was on the third floor outside with no commodities. when we arrived, nobody was waiting for us to get the Keys we had to wait almost 3 hours in the restaurant near this place. we didn't have any Wi-Fi until the third day, we called several times to the phone number to get any answer with no success. and the worst that we had under our Balcon a discotheque in the street with music from 11 o'clock until 5.30 in the morning we didn't success to sleep. could please mention in your site that there is discotheque near to this location on the third day we moved from this place to another place more convenable and we had to add 800eur. we are requesting for indemnities. and i know that we are not alone in this situation all the people that were in this place on the same period also leaved before

Nothing I like about the property . Don’t book this hotel , you will not sleep or relax at all .

Everything were horrible . 1- no sea view from the room as mentioned . 2- you can’t sleep at night because of the clubs downstairs. 3- no room clean service or reception available . 4 - very old furniture and very dirty rooms . 5-room doors made of metal and you here everything from outside . I changed the hotel after 1 night .

The location was very good for the beach.

The images on booking.com for these rooms are very misleading, as most of the pictures of are of the foyer and not an actual room. Our room was ok, but smaller than expected, the cleanliness was not great, there was hair in the plug hole of the shower. It also said on the booking that tea and coffee would be provided, all that was provided was a kettle, there were no cups. Reviews for these rooms did state that it was near bars and clubs and the music played late into the night, what they did not say was that the balcony of the room looked over what can only be described as a strip, containing strip clubs, bars and tattoo parlours and that the music was so loud that you could feel the vibrations through the bed, you could hear what song was playing even with ear plugs in and it didn't stop until 5am. We did contact the host to ask if they had any other rooms available that we less noisy, but they said they did not. We ended up booking another hotel to stay in as the noise was so bad. We asked for a partial refund, which we were initially declined, until I contacted booking.com and then we were issued a refund for 1 night, which I was not happy with as we did not stay there for 2 nights and this did not cover the cost of our other hotel. Overall I do feel that we were mislead by the information and reviews on booking.com.
