Great distance by car or by train from Edinburgh. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean.

Only 1 bathroom for 8 possible guests. We were 7 and made do.

"Good location but not very comfortable"

Beds would benefit from mattress covers,a little uncomfortable.The settee was very uncomfortable to sit on.The garden needed the grass cutting and fence repairing. Not enough cutlery for 8, reported a wet carpet but no response from landlord.
