"Disappointing"

Location and floor plan of the apartment. Beautiful view of the lake from kitchen table where you eat and from bed. Private parking.

The apartment was unacceptable for stay. The nice location and floor plan of the apartment are not enough for rent, human approach to guests and hygiene are needed. Extremely dirty space - mold in the refrigerator, traces of large defecation in the toilet bowl, bird droppings on the wardrobe, etc. We contacted the staff (Daniela) and pointed out that the apartment was not cleaned at all, to which she said that if we wanted she could clean it "TOMORROW". Without any shame and humanity towards the guests just to make money.
