El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos. Muy limpio, muy cómodo y el personal muy atento.

El caminito para llegar es un poco incómodo y cuando llegamos nadie nos respondía.

Beautiful little villa just outside the main town of el nido, the owners were fantastic and fixed any issue we had within 10 minutes, even when the scooter broke down the owner let us use his own brand new personal scooter - how trusting! Would definitely be happy spending weeks here.

Situated near Lio Beach and El Nido town, this property offers a tranquil atmosphere at night, perfect for relaxation or enjoying a private pool. Guests can take advantage of a complimentary scooter available on-site, with the only requirement being to refill the gas. For those on a budget or interested in cooking, the property is conveniently located near the Lio wet market, where fresh fruits, fish, and vegetables can be purchased. Additionally, R Villa features a fully equipped kitchen, and guests can request cooking utensils, such as grilling tongs, from the staff. Communication with the owner is exceptional, providing helpful assistance throughout the stay, and guests can also arrange for home service massages at more affordable rates than hotel options. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

It is not that I dislike the property; however, if you are bringing a car, please inform the property owner in advance, as there is no parking available. You will need to walk to reach the villa. Upon your arrival, kindly message the owner, and the staff will be available to assist you with your luggage.

We spent two amazing weeks here in December and absolutely loved every moment of our stay. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and generous — they even invited us to spend Christmas Eve with their family, which was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Whatever we needed was sorted immediately and with genuine care. The villa itself was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely private pool that was perfect for relaxing after exploring El Nido. We also enjoyed the free scooter provided for getting around, and the location was peaceful yet only a short ride to town and nearby beaches. The staff were always kind and helpful, from organizing transfers to recommending tours, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. Everything about this place — the service, comfort, amenities, and warm hospitality — was outstanding. We recommend it 100 % and can’t wait to return.
