The cleanliness and location of the property.

It was difficult to identify the exact apartment allocated as no staff/office available on site. Toiletries provided were not adequate.

Clean, well presented and comfortable apartment - overall a pleasant stay. Excellent and prompt communication from owner.

General provisions need to be sorted. No wine glasses, not enough toilet paper, no tea/coffee (coffee machine with no pods to get started - even 2 for first morning coffees would have been nice), washing machine with no detergent, one tea towel the size of a face cloth (for 4 days). There was also leftover food from previous guests in the cupboards. Directions on how to lock the extremely complicated front door would have been useful rather than having to contact the owner to ask.

Lovely flat with a great location. It had everything we needed, was very quiet and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. We only spent a night there but would have loved to stay longer.

There was a slight mixup initially, which meant the flat wasn’t ready by the time of arrival. However, the staff was super helpful and quick to sort it out so we had a nice time in the end.
