Charming Private Rooms in a Great Location

Csendes, konyha jól felszerelt.

Leharcolt. Kilincsek lazák, fürdő plafont festeni kellene., erkély székek lécei hiányosak, konyha bútor ajtó elázott, nem csukódik. Tv kábelek szanaszét , fölösleges mert tv nincs. Szoba szekrényen nincs ajtó.

This is a great economical accommodation, with a clean, functioning room with a comfortable bed, working desk, closet. The common kitchen has everything needed. Good, generous shower. Wifi works very well. Check-in procedure was efficient, and there is a video describing how to enter. Staff were friendly and communicative. Good location, close to Lidl, other shops and restaurants/bars, and the Corvin Shopping Center. Quiet, with a view onto a park. On the other side just few minutes away there are buses going e.g. to Astoria. Altogether very good value for money.

An electric socket above the washing basin would have been good, and some cutlery missing

This is terrible! The owner takes money for renting an apartment, but does not invest a penny in repairs! The walls are cracked, the paint is peeling off the ceiling, the sockets for the sockets are exposed, there are unnecessary things lying around the entire apartment, and there is no basic fork for eating!.. In addition, the owner of the apartment is not in touch, he does not answer messages and calls! While we were moving in, we experienced a lot of stress!! Summary: 1. the apartment needs repairs - at least cosmetic - hostels have better conditions! 2. there is a mess everywhere 3. there are no basic things for living 4. it is impossible to contact the owner 5. all the furniture is old and damaged. I do not recommend! The apartment is not worth even half of the money paid, this is the worst accommodation of all the places we have ever been (and we travel often)!

Это ужас! Хозяин берет деньги за аренду квартиры, но не вкладывает в ремонт ни копейки! Стены потрескавшиеся, краска из потолка отпадает, гнезда до розеток оголены, по всей квартире валяются ненужные вещи, а элементарной вилки для еды нет!.. Кроме того, хозяин дома не выходит на связь, он не отвечает на сообщения и звонки! Пока мы заселились, пережили большой стресс!! Итог: 1. квартира требует ремонта – хотя бы косметического – в хостелах лучшие условия! 2. повсюду беспорядок 3. нет элементарных вещей для проживания 4. связаться с хозяином невозможно 5. вся мебель стара и повреждена. Не рекомендую! Помещение не стоит и половины заплаченных средств, это самое плохое проживание из всех где мы только не были (а мы часто путешествуем)!

We decided to cancel our stay after one night because we couldn't stay there longer. Our health and safety is more important

It was comfortable aside the heating system

The room was toooo cold Wore a lot of layers to sleep and was still so chilly

Location. In the kitchen, there were all the basic things you need, some dishes, kettle, fridge etc. Shops was near the apartment.

It was a bit dirty. Dirty bed linen was laying on the top of the washing machine all the time, bathroom sealing and walls were dirty/moldy and the paint was cracking. The terrace door didn't close properly.
