Gostei de tudo pois o apartamento é espectacular decoração muito bonita e confortável, luz imensa por umas janelas enormes, muito bom mesmo, quem se queixar de a roupa não ser mudada não tem motivo pois basta colocar na máquina pois lava e seca.

je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié l'attitude arrogante de l'hôte. Comparativement aux autres locations que j'ai fait lors de mon séjour au Portugal, il manquait de tacte et attention au client. À chaque fois qu'on écrivait à l'hôte, on avait l'impression de le déranger et il avait une attitude arrogante. On était supposé d'avoir des serviette de plage pour la piscine et lorsqu'on lui a demandé ils nous a blâmer et dit qu'il n'y avait pas car on avait réservé dernière minute et qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps. Les draps du lit n'étaient pas propres alors on a dut les laver dans la laveuse car il y avait des cheveux.. À Chaque fois qu'on lui a posé une question il semblait fâché et est allé jusqu'au point de nous dire que c'était à nous de nous arranger ceci n'est pas un hôtel. Je comprends que ceci n'est pas un hôtel, mais je m'attends à un minimum de service ou au moins un manuel d'accueil qui indique le fonctionnement de l'unité ( où sont les poubelles, le fonctionnement du wifi, la piscine, etc.). Encore une fois, l'appartement était super beau mais le service de l'hôte était très désagréable et je ne le recommande pas à personne. On a loué plusieurs appartements lors de notre séjour au Portugal et celui-ci a été le seul où on a été reçu et traité d'une façon assez désagréable. Je vous recommande de louer une unité différente dans le même complexe qui n'a pas le même propriétaire.

The complex is new and we knew the location. The apartment was comfortable for two people and kitchen was well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and bed linen and towels good quality. I would have liked extra towels and linen as a week is too much without a change and extra would allow you time to do your own washing.

We were unable to gain access to the property without the help of security. The lights that end of the corridor didn't work so even if the key safe was working you couldn't see the numbers. It's a bad experience as we arrived late in the evening. The front gate code often didn't work but although we reported it, nobody seemed to care. The complex is massive but the pool area is small. It was generally very quiet when we were there but wonder what it would be like in high season.

Could have some basic toiletries ie shoe gel and soap but that’s it
