Yurt stay in downtown

Host made me breakfast at 6am, because I planned for hiking at 7. Best start of the day.

Bit noisy from outside, but it is because of yurta stay. National exotica. ))

Very nice informal homestay, where we could get know more about the life of local people. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough in a quantity.

We were fully satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful place! Great value for money. The family is super kind and helpful. The yurt is really cozy, warm and clean. The breakfast is amazing. The faculties are also very clean and good shower. Good location!

Kac was an excellent host - he was welcoming and spoke perfect English. He helped us with travel arrangements to nearby sights and recommended places to eat. The yurt was warm and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. he prepared a tasty and extensive breakfast. The facilities were modern and luxurious - bathroom, warm shower and large kitchen. The yurt was set in his beautiful garden full of fruit and veg. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I hope to return!

Extremely comfortable stay here. It was a little chilly but many blankets were provided. The yurts are beautifully decorated. The hostess was extremely kind and hospitable. She fed us fresh vegetables from her garden. I commented about how good her cake smelled she offered me some (even though I wasn't asking, I was only complmenting). Bathrooms are clean and work well. Hot water pressure is good. Each yurt has their own private detached bathroom. Wifi was good and stable. I thought it would be odd to sleep in someone's yard, but it was great because we had everything we needed, and she was so helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Karakol.

Checkin was a little confusing. She provided us with the gate code but was not there to meet us. The yurts were not cleaned, and other people had luggage there. We waited 30 minutes for her to arrive, at which point we left to get dinner. When we came back everything was clean and ready for us. I think she was having a busy day, though, which is understandable and was not a big deal to us.

Staying at this place was the highlight of our Kyrgzstan trip. A really nice lady is running this place with her family where they also stay close by. The Yurt is very close to the center of Karakol and you will be able to reach the sights on foot. When we wanted to go hiking or make nature trips, she helped us book cabs. This place offers a very different experience from staying in a hotel room but our Yurt was VERY comfortable and even though it was cold at night, the sheets were really warm! They also have heaters for fall and winter. We had our separate toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and well taken care of.

There's nothing we didn't like. It was a pleasant stay.

Lovely place with a fantastic atmosphere. Extremely helpful owner speaking really good English. Great breakfast and just round the corner a great local restaurant.

Very comfortable beds and warm bedding. Very kind and helpful hosts. There are 2 yurts, each with access to their own bathroom. Outdoor area to sit in. Supermarket and good restaurant very close. Quite close to minibus route out to Ak-Suu.

Low level extractor fan noise from Pizza restaurant. Wasn't loud and didn't change volume or pitch so it didn't intrude and we slept very well
