El estudio es excelente: cómodo, muy limpio, ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y accesible a todo.

The location is decent from other popular places to visit and the space was clean enough

The apartment #5 is located above the other apartments and the stairs to get to it are unsafe to use. They are no lights to see your way and the rails are too spaced apart where someone can easily fall right through. The refrigerator only freezes everything. The shower is horrible. Either you get lukewarm water with zero pressure or cold water with decent pressure or you can get no water in the middle of a shower. The bathroom sink is the same. The kitchen sink has pressure but only runs cold as well. The windows aren’t sealed so every bug comes in throughout the day and night causing you to get bit 24/7. It makes sleepy extremely difficult. The WiFi barely works a good luck watching tv. The neighborhood is loud early in the morning with construction and projects so you will not sleep in especially with the chickens and cats around as well. Also you will have to pay cash for your stay and you will not get a receipt or change back so bring the exact amount and record yourself handing off the money. Overall, I would suggest finding other places closer to San Juan unless you are short on cash and have few options.
