"Improvement on security"

Owner was friendly

The burglar door was not working. It was a bit uncomfortable.More so that it was on Friday, and a lot of movements in and out of the property until late, and at that time one wouldn't know if those people were guests or intruders.

It was well situated and easy to find

I would suggest that you call the owner about 5 minutes before you arrive as he doesn’t live on the property. It will give him time to meet you there are you don’t have to wait.
