Best location in Catania and so far the most comfortable rooms in Sicily. Very friendly staff, spacious places, breakfast at a nearby cafe with pastries and coffee. All super good!

The place is very centrally located in Catania, in walking distance to all the main sites. The surroundings are very typical for Catania. The room is pleasantly furnished and in general in a good state. The balcony is a nice plus.

The big big problem with the room is the basically non existent sound insulation! You can hear every guest coming and leaving their rooms and of course also all the activity at the reception which is just outside the rooms. But even more problematic is the noise from the waste-water system. The water system has most likely been retrofitted to the rooms and thus uses active pumps! These pumps make a lot of noise whenever somebody goes to the toilet, takes a shower or uses the sink. And because of the bad sound insulation you hear the water pumps and the water flow like it is in your room. I was woken up 4/5 times at 6 oclock in the morning because another guest got ip early and (of course) used the shower bathroom for 20-30min! If you like to sleep in the early morning this is not the place for you!

Location and area, the smell of the room was terrible. We weren't able to find the place, it took my wife and I like an hour to find it. We had to change hotel. Bad communication with host.

Das Bed'n Breakfast liegt sehr zentral. Trotz direkter Straßenlage habe ich problemlos und sehr gut geschlafen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht gehalten, hat aber alles was ich brauchte: ein eigenes Bad, kleiner Kühlschrank, TV, Klimaanlage, Wasserkocher. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück (ein Getränk + ein Gebäck, eben typisch italienisch) gibt es im sehr netten Café Bellini direkt nebenan. Das Personal war außerdem sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfreich bei meinen Anliegen. Vielen Dank!

Brokastis pieejamas blakus kafejnīcā, kur meni tikai Itāļu valodā. Maza daudzveidība, pārsvarā tikai saldais ir pieejams. Personals gan kafejnīcā, gan viesnīcā slikti zin angļu valodu, līdz ar to grūti komunicēt

The place is great, and the location is perfect. The staff is very nice.

Excellent location, near main street, public transport, restaurants etc. Friendly host. Room a good size and very clean, bed comfortable, balcony space, good air con. Gluten free croissant available at breakfast.

Had to call host to get access to the property. Not able to leave luggage when checked out due to hours staff available, however luggage storage just round corner at reasonable price. Breakfast was in cafe downstairs, coffee and croissant, which was functional.
