Minden rendben volt, elképesztően kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet (Ruby, Sophie, Lily, Tom, Linh és a többiek is). Nagyon jól beszélnek angolul és a környéket is jól ismerik. Maga a hotel is rendkívül jó helyen helyezkedik el, így akár gyalog is megközelíthetőek a helyi látnivalók.

Hầm để xe bẩn, ăn sáng tệ, hết đồ, nhân viên yêu cầu khách bồi thường 10 nghìn chỉ vỉ vô tình để rơi 1 cái đũa, dù sau đó có xin thôi không bắt bồi thường nữa. Đây là hành vi quá tệ với 1 khách sạn được cho là 5 sao.
