Very nice well appointed room with great view

Bizarre facilities. Restaurant closed apart from breakfast. The advertised “Sky Bar” (open for drinks and snacks until 11 pm) was in darkness with no explanation. My wife attempted to get a drink at what appeared to be a bar in the lobby and was told the bottles on display were for “decoration” only. The hotel was portrayed as 5 star luxury. Room apart,it was not.

This hotel was hard to beat with the price we paid. It has a grand and elegant build with a gorgeous room with a view. The facilities were good, with a great underground parking area for plenty of bikes and security, an incredibly comfortable room, with probably some of the nicest carpets I’ve ever come across in a hotel in terms of how they felt under the feet. It had a good location in the city, it was clean and the staff were really pleasant to interact with. Overall - Great hotel for a great price.

The breakfast buffet was not really what westerners are used to, so expect to find something “different” to what you are used to, however what you will find is still delicious and not to be looked over. This is not a criticism of the hotel in anyway, just something to be aware of.

The staff were so lovely very professional.. There kindness was the best part of our stay.. The reception staff were extreemely helpful and kind.. The manager Quan was an absolute awesome guy he spent time with us always eager to help us. He even drove us to catch the train.. Our stay was of high quality and we really enjoyed everything about our stay .. Highly recommend
