Location good

No blanket no heater it was cold no coffee no milk.

The location is safe and quiet

After the first night, the room was not cleaned and no fresh bedding and towels.

Easy to access the place. Looks good from outside

The stove didn't work, the shower head was broken, it was very difficult bathing with water dropping from one side of the showerhead with little pressure. There were no bath towels, dish towels. There was no soap holder in the shower, have no choice but to put your soap on the floor next to the drain that was not covered. There's no iron in the rooms, you have to go into the main house to use the iron. It wasn't our first time at this facility and were hoping it had improved but honestly it keeps getting worse. It looks good from a distance but being there is totally different. The room we booked was not the room we got. The place is way too overpriced for the hospitality we received.

The fact that the window handle was broken and they didn't clean our room for that 3 days stay

there were crappy Afrikaaner man that were even smoking in the house, we forgot our key at the door and one of them took it, & he’s just a resident not part of stuff, there were alot of tiny rats the lights were so dim

The location was perfect as it was not very far to where my event was.
