Firstly how does this place even qualify to be on your website? we had to wait for a long time for them to just open the gate no sense of urgency. There's no customer service no empathy. Everything we saw on the pictures was a big lie false advertising. We were sold something that was not enen on the website.The bathroom was communal which was not specified on the website. The room was freezing cold when we asked for a heater they told us they don't have we must use blankets bear in mind the temperature was -1 . There were stains on the kitchen floors and the kitchen counters were filthy. Electricity was gone in the middle of the night no electricity until we left in the morning was told it's an electrical fault 😞 we could not even iron our clothes and bear in mind we were attending a funeral that morning. We had booked for 2 nights and we ended up staying only for 1 night I could not expose my family further to that disgusting environment. We had to go book another place. This place needs to be taken off bookings.com.We have a video but there's no option to upload it. My wife uses booking.com all the time for our stays this was the worst experience ever.

The package I ordered did not include breakfast, but the location is proper, it was my second time coming to the guest house.

The rooms were cold and had no heaters or any form of heating. The water was cold couldn't use the showers.
