Clean and good value

A little far but had the hotel come pick us up from the airport so that was fine

Not at all.i like the properties all is superb !

The room is traditional, very clean, and the service was incredible. They picked us up from the train station late at night for a very small fee. They also provide a shuttle service to the airport. It's a very quiet and traditional area, with a convenience store just 5 minutes walking distance, and amenities in the hotel. I had a great time there; I highly recommend it.

1.工作人员很好，专门来给我们送了电蚊香。 2.有设备齐全的厨房，能完成大部分家常料理。 3.距离关西空港很近，自驾旅客很方便。

Arrived the property at 630pm and there was no staff available until was told that the staff would arrive at 8pm to inform about dinner options, as such I had to cancel my stay. I've written in to the hotel for refund but the hotel mentioned that I was a no show despite recording on their CCTV that I was at their premise, they claim as such that I'm not entitled for a refund, that's bad hospitality, a first in Japan which I was shocked
