Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima posizione per visitare Chioggia e raggiungere facilmente le spiagge. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e sempre disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Super Lage in ruhiger Umgebung, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Corso entfernt. Der Bus zum Strand fährt ganz in der Nähe weg, sehr praktisch! Alessio hatte uns einen Parkplatz freigehalten, danke! Super geeignet, um selbst zu kochen bzw im Apartment zu essen. Auch die Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich :) Wunderbare Regendusche. Genug Platz für das Gepäck. Chioggia ist eine Perle, es hat uns dort sehr gefallen!

Die Matratze war für mein Empfinden nicht ganz optimal, aber das ist sehr subjektiv :)

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Easy going check in mit Alberto, die zur Verfügung gestellte Parkkarte ist super klasse,ein leckerer Willkommensgruß hat unseren Gaumen verwöhnt. Die Ausstattung ist super,( bis auf die fehlenden Weingläser) dafür gibt es Prosecco Gläser ;-), alles neu und sehr gepflegt, so richtig zum wohlfühlen. Die Betten super bequem und die Lage top man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten im Leben ;-) Grazie per tutto!

The owner Alberto was very friendly. Explained everything. The appartement is beautiful, clean and modern. Parking is directly in front of the house. Air condiiton works perfect. A big TV is in the living room. The bed is very comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it is a very clean modern one and fully equiped From the appartement it takes just 3min to the old town and pedestrian zone of Chioggia. To the beautiful beaches in Sottomarina you walk about 20min or you can take the bus just in the next street of the appartement I can highly recommend everything! Thank you for a loovely stay!

Everything was fine

We really enjoyed our stay at the Letizia's home. The host Alberto was very friendly, the appartment has a very good location. You can reach everything on foot or by bicycle which were also offered to us for free! The appartment is extra clean, beautiful. Although it is located in the city center it is not busy at all. The nights have been very quiet. Excellent! Would like to come again sometime. Thank you Alberto!

Location perfect, parking easy and free. Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Alberto charming host. Use of a couple of bikes during your stay. So many places to eat nearby and a charming destination.

Great location. Clean, well-equipped apartment with impeccable air conditioning. Our host Alberto provided us with bicycles to get around the area. Very important information parking was free.

Newly renovated apartment with all equipment located on the ground floor. Secured free parking and two bicycles for trips to the beach were a nice free addition.
