Um condomínio familiar. A zona da piscina/ jardim excelente. Limpo, fresco e tranquilo.

"Fuktigt boende på första våningen på bra läge och suverän pool."

Värden pratar bra engelska och är mycket trevligt. Lägenheten, som ligger på första våningen (typ 1-2 m från markplan) har det man behöver, till och med en tvättmaskin! Poolområdet är väldigt fint (lekplatsen dock sliten) och närheten till stor matbutik, restauranger och café är suveränt. För mig som är bekant med området är det bara en 15 min promenad till en av de finare stränderna, Prainha. Promenad in till byn Alvor tar ca 20-25 min. Läget för lägenheten är Tyst och lugnt.

Lägenheten doftade konstigt, en otrevlig doft som inte gick att vädra bort. Kanske någon form av insektsmedel? Lägenheten var även väldigt väldigt fuktig, kläder torkade inte och allt kändes lite fuktigt/kallt. Där fanns även tydliga spår av fuktskada i lägenheten längst med samtidiga väggar i kök/vardagsrum och sovrum där väggarna krakelerade och färg samt puts trillade ner på golvet. Städningen var överlag bra men samtliga lister och hörn hade små svarta prickar, insektsbajs? Lekplatsen vid poolen är rejält sliten.
