There are a lot of stairs if you stay on top floor but that can’t be helped

The place stinks!! This also must be one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed in! I absolutely would NOT recommend this place, it needs a lot of work doing.
GBGBDecent sized room, useful kitchen facilities, there was a washing machine (but I didn't use it.) Tea, coffee and sugar but nothing more. Parking is on road but quite a quiet square like environment.
House in general was very warm (but the room I was in at the upstairs front had balcony doors so I was able to open one of those and bring the temperature down to more comfortable quite rapidly.)
GBGBWasn't clear that this was a shared property with other people outside of pur party *blinds dirty and broken *windows don't shut properly *headboard creaky *pillows flat and only 1 per person *bathroom was very dirty * tv kept freezing *parking a nightmare *floor under bed dirty/littered *corner of shower in room no1 cracked Location was in a council run down estate and the only photos on booking.com is from the back of the property. Can't park on driveway as there's a Mercedes all broken and on the drive and although the other people were lovely that was staying there long term the man was on tag and we had sand in our bed.

The window frame and door frames were dirty. The radiator frame was falling off, which I put back together. The bedroom door handle screws were falling out which I tightened up to feel safer. The bathroom was horrendous, with mouldy mastic, the taps were full of lime scale and the paint was flaking off the ceiling. The bathroom was that bad I didnt want to use it. The house was not as advertised as "Relaxing double rooms in a beautiful house"
