The place is located at the beautiful area next to beach, shops and transportation

What is advertised on the booking .com is different, the bedding not white as appeared, an the one I found was dirty with marks even the towels seems used, i had to report all these the following day. The dishes are of the plastic picnic . I also have to asked people to asked people to call the receptionist where I collected the keys as when I arrived at the booked place doors are not marked, very frustrating

The apartment is light and airy and located within easy walking distance of the main beach, shops, and restaurants.

The total cost listed on my Booking.com confirmation was not the actual cost. In fine print there was an additional rate listed separately for cleaning. Why not just include it in the total cost of the booking? Why try to deliberately hide the total cost of the booking? I also want to know whether the person who cleans and maintains the apartment gets a fair share of the cleaning fee, does it go to Booking.com, the managing agent, or the owners of the apartment?

it's peaceful and quiet

it was very inconveniencing. we had to do laundry out in the garage not really a good thing. we arrived and there was a scheduled water maintenance thus we had no water and we had no communication from hosts. we had power trips most times when I started cooking.
