walkable to a great coffee shop

small bed not enough trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent towels are not absorbent, and are very linty

the 'owner' subleases some units in a multiunit long term rental compound and resells them for short stays. no management on site; no emailed instructions how to get the keys; ended up staying in a real hotel 1st night, as they communicated back very slowly. top guy on the phone is downright obnoxious as for them this is a one shot guest carousel, take the money, the rest is not important, stale smell, attempt to mask it with heavy deodorant; if the linen was ever washed, it was a long time ago. it smelled like a thrift store item.
