Sea view Znjan

This apartment was absolutely excellent. We loved everything about it. It’s completely well organized and well laid out and the view was incredible. We had the most comfortable bed. Nice dark bedroom & perfect kitchen. This was our first stop in six weeks travelling in Croatia and Bosnia and Austria. We travel a lot and we are a little bit worried that this will be our absolute favourite apartment over the next whole six weeks —- but wow, what a way to start our trip. It was so handy also having the grocery store very close, and an excellent view restaurant just steps away. The apartment is truly even better than the photos.

It was warm while we were there - quite hot - and we just needed to leave the bedroom door open to cool it off because there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom. Just the fan. Leave the door open and it’s good.

The view from the terrace was beautiful. The apartment has great amenities and everything works correctly (iron, hairdryer, and AC). Generally, this booking was perfectly equipped. The host was very communicative and nice. We had two sets of towels which was helpful.

Generally, there were no cons. Initially, the tap water was cold, but after adjusting the boiler's temperature, it became suitable.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Host war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

L'emplacement est idéal. L'appartement est tres bien équipé. L'accueil du propriétaire est super chaleureux. La vue est magnifique.

Igor really cool owner of apartment, I was really happy to chose his apartment

This was the best booking experience we've had recently! Starting with the host – Igor called us to let us know that the apartment was ready earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As a thoughtful gesture, he even left fresh water and juice for us in the fridge ☺️ The apartment itself is SUPER clean, cozy, and very comfortable. During the whole trip, it truly felt like home. The view is absolutely stunning – enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sea was one of our favourite moments. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet (except for the seagulls in the morning 😅). All essential shops are right in front of the building, and everyone we met spoke English or at least did their best to help. We absolutely fell in love with Žnjan Beach. Keep in mind that it's currently under construction, but still accessible. It's clean, modern, and once completed, we believe it will be the best beach in town. A quick note for fellow travelers: the Adriatic Sea can have lots of sea urchins! We didn’t know this 😅 Locals are seemed to be used to them, and there aren’t any warnings posted. Anyway, we didn’t see any urchins at Žnjan, which made it feel much safer than other beaches in the area. The beach is about a 15-minute walk downhill from the apartment, so keep in mind you’ll have a little uphill hike on the way back. All in all – 10/10 experience. Highly recommend. Igor is the best!
