Le calme et la vue et l’emplacement.

Le logement est plus que vieillissant. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, notamment sur le terrain, complètement ruiné. Les photos de l’intérieur sont différentes de ce qui était présent. Le volet d’une chambre était cassé, nous avons dû le bloquer avec un caillou car il claquait sans cesse. L’abattant des wc était cassé, le parasol également. Nous n’avons eu aucune indication pour le traitement des déchets et nos messages n’ont pas eu de réponse sur le sujet. En résumé, il serait bon de faire quelques travaux de rafraîchissement de l’ensemble de ce logement, qui pourrait alors être agréable !!!! Nous restons assez déçus de cette prestation !

The location of the site with its small little wooden buildings is quiet and rural. The view from above towards the sea and the coves of Porto Rafael and Palau is lovely.

The site with its various little wooden buildings is not well-tended and quite old. Although we had a lot of troubles with the facilities of the appartment the management (named "Antonio") never bothered to meet or even talk to us personally. The only contact we had was via Whatsapp. (Twice the - friendly - cleaning lady was sent, but she was not able to help.) When we arrived we were informed that the toilet flush was not working. Each time we had to open the water tank and pull the handle manually, which was disgusting. Although promised, it was not repaired during our stay. On the 3rd day of our stay we had a power blackout. The manager told us it would be a municipal blackout, which it was not. We were eventually moved into another appartment. This appartment was not properly cleaned: dirty oven, dirty dishes. Moreover the handle of the front door suddenly fell off, so it could not be used anymore. The most important issue for us was the lack of WiFi due to the power blackout of the first appartment. Neither the dirty and defect appliances were fixed nor did the management bother to send a technician for the WiFi. We finally decided to leave a day earlier. The manager promised us to reimburse us for all the troubles we had. Which he never did! As we received no reaction from the management we complained at Booking.com directly. They told us that they approached the management but never got a reaction themselves. Luckily we received a reimbursement from Booking.com and we do hope that the management of the accomodation will be held responsible for an unacceptable performance.
