Hayden's House

Location very difficult to find. Need more specific directions and landmarks to look for. Even local businesses couldn't help. Eventually discovered the name Hayden's Lane on the ground at each end, one in Irish and one in English. Need to do much better to help guests find property.

Top Lage! Eigentlich gemütliche Wohnung in angenehmer Größe.

Kein dritter Stuhl trotz Vermietung an 3-4 Personen. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Nicht 100% sauber (Eingangsbereich, Zahncreme an den Fließen beim Waschbecken, Fensterläden innen). Toilettensitz locker. Es sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die die Wohnung aber aufwerten würden. Außerdem steht in der Buchungsbestätigung, dass jemand die Wohnungsschlüssel persönlich übergibt. Wir hatten daher bei der Anreise etwas Zeitdruck, um denjenigen nicht warten zu lassen. Im Laufe des Tages kam dann die Nachricht, dass es eine Schlüssel-Box gibt und wir also einchecken können, wann wir wollen. Das sollte in der Bestätigung richtig angegeben werden.

Great location! Perfect for us

It's a great location. The apartment is small but well laid out.

There are only two chairs for three people. The cooking utensils, equipment, dishes, and cutlery are limited. The mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable.

Very handy location, right in the centre of Kinsale.

There was no parking, and no place close to stop and unload luggage. The flat had obviously had a basic, quick clean, but things had been overlooked: eg the bin hadn't been emptied; skirting boards were dusty. The kitchen was not very well equipped with utensils, and there was none of the coffee, milk etc niceties that make guests feel welcome in self-catering accommodation.

The location is fantastic , right in the heart of this picturesque town. It’s a cosy little apartment , bright and nicely furnished , and it’s quite clean , overall.

The bedding is poor , pillows need replacing , better quality duvets would make a huge difference to guest comfort, and new mattresses would make it a 4star property !
