At Casa di Raffi we spent 3 nights, we had everything we need in the apartment (almost, the owner promised to install AC in the future, as it got really hot at night, and if you sleep with the windows open you can hear the motor scooters late in the night and very early in the morning). We communicated well with the owner, we got the keys form an lock box. We used the garage for parking the car but was not close to the building (not very big problem, except when we get out or put the luggage in the car, as there are not parking space available and the neighbors were not very friendly in waiting for 10-15 minutes). Parking the car in the garage (not suitable for a big car, max around 4,7 m long I think) is a bit challenging, it needs to back the car in to the alley to the garage, not with the front and then put the car in the garage with the front...if not will be hard to turn the car around when you get out. The city of San Remo has an good recycling program, you have to sort everything and take them to the closest recycling center 250m away.

In general, all good, nothing that worth mentioning.

Cosy place, walking distance to the city center and the sea

The flat is spacious, extremely well equipped and very clean. Raffi was helpful with information when needed. It was fantastic having a garage as the area is very busy and it would be difficult to find parking space.

We were there in winter and the heating was insufficient. The thermostat didn’t seem to work properly and it was only 18 degrees in the morning.

Raffi, the host, was an absolute gem - full of helpful tips and advice. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was spacious and super clean, equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for a family trip with the kids – they had plenty of room to play around. The location was spot-on, right in the heart of everything – close to the center and the beach. So convenient for exploring the town and enjoying the seaside. Oh, and don’t miss out on visiting Ceriana – it’s a hidden gem worth checking out (bus is 2 min walk from the apartment)!

Very good equipped apartment and very friendly staff. Very clean rooms.

the staff was verry nice,the house it’s clean and they even have a garrage so parking it’s not a problem,it was a verry good experience !
