Nội thất quá cũ. Vệ sinh tạm. Máy lạnh kêu quá to. Không có nước nóng cho nhà tắm.

Wir haben nicht in dem Hotel geschlafen und spontan was neues gebucht! Zimmerwechsel ohne Bescheid zu geben, Klimaanlage war defekt dadurch stand das halbe Zimmer Unterwasser, viele Insekten, Schimmel, fleckige Bettwäsche, lange Diskussion als wir mitgeteilt haben, dass wir nicht dort bleiben möchten.

- Điện thoại trên booking và goole không liên lạc được - Mình để quên đồ ở khách sạn. Không gọi được vì số điện thoại không đúng. Lúc tới trực tiếp thì nhân viên đã vứt đồ đạc của mình đi mất. Thật Sự rất tệ - đặt 2 đêm nhưng đêm đầu tiên kêu full phòng bắt qua khách sạn khách ở rồi sau đó mới quay về ở lại đêm 2

I loved the fact that it was in the centre of it all , walking street was a short walk away and it was convenient to get around . We only started 2 nights , but it was worth the price.

The shower drain catcher hadnt been cleaned and there was still hair left from other guest and the fridge was absolutely dirty we didnt even bother to use it . there was left over bread that had been there for while . And the slippers which they provide should rather just not be there , how can you give me shoes that have clearly been worn by others.

The only positive was that one of the mattresses in the room was really comfortable for me.

When checking in the girl refused to take my usd saying that they were to old, but the notes were brand new and didn't even have any fold marks. Customer service is absolutely piss poor as I only booked hotel because it said they would take payment before arrival but never did. So I had to go out and exchange my money. Room 103 is a death trap ... bedside lamp is missing the socket leaving live wires exposed. The bath needs to be replaced as it's got a big crack in it and dark brown water comes out of it when taking a shower. Also just getting into and out of the shower which is over the bath is kinda dangerous with no handrails and stepping down onto wet slippery tiles. Even though the room had a tv it wasn't plugged in as there is no plug close enough so was just merely decoration.
