PL- great location - free toiletries in the bathroom - 24/7 reception - price was okay
- bathroom was bad, no shelves to put your stuff on. Also the drain is located on the opposite side of the room, so it stayed wet and moist for the whole day. Flushing the toilet was sometimes tricky, the mechanism inside was hanging on a thread, by some temporary fix. - tv didn't work - no kettle inside - only one trashbin in the bathroom, none inside the room - elevator was making noises all the time upon arrival, neighbours next to us were arguing during the night (our bad luck), walls not soundproof at all - the reception guy didn't speak any English... Was always on his phone even when talking to the guests, didn't seem friendly. Sometimes wouldn't reply to our questions and we stayed in the silence. Figuring out the check in took ages, they couldn't find our reservation - early check in not possible without extra charge, even though the room was ready for that. - the room was really small
Close to walking street. Clean. Fridge did not work but they changed it out. Never did get tv to work. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.
