Appartamento con tutto il necessario: cucina con i fuochi, utensili di ogni tipo, letto comodo e bagno con tutti gli optional. L’host e’ stato molto chiaro nelle indicazioni per il check-in. Il parcheggio e’ in strada ma e’ molto semplice trovarlo (noi per esempio, abbiamo parcheggiato davanti l’appartamento. L'appartamento affaccia sulla strada ma, a parte avere l’attenzione di chiudere le persiane, e’ molto silenzioso e si sta bene. E’ 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Kalamata città e dal centro. Super consigliato!

La pulizia, attrezzata benissimo e soprattutto la lavatrice

Non ha un balcone per stendere il bucato, ma con lo stendino sotto il condizionatore si asciuga tutto

Πολύ καθαρά, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος χώρος για άνετη διαμονή, εύκολο παρκάρισμα, εύκολη πρόσβαση προς το λιμάνι ή προς το κέντρο της πόλης.

Δεν υπήρχε κάποια αυλή ή χώρος να μπορείς να καθίσεις έξω. Βέβαια μοιάζει λογικό γιατί πρόκειται για ισόγειο.

Location is good - a supermarket is really close, 200m away. The Kalamata beach is 15 min away by foot. The apartment we had was at ground floor, there is available free parking right next on the street. The kitchen has everything you need, we enjoyed the wine and the cold Coca Cola left in the fridge at our arrival.

Location is both walking distance to the beach and the centre of town. The apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine too.

The apartment is right on the street so the blinds need to be drawn for privacy.

Great location , 5 min from the water and maybe 15 minutes walk to town center. Appartement is big, clean and comfortable. Shower is very large for Greece. Nice and hot. It was easy to find parking in the street. Communication with owner was excellent and the self check in process was smooth. Kitchen is sufficient for breakfast and quick lunch. Excellent value for price.

Not a negative but as mentioned before apartment is at street level right off the sidewalk. However we did not find it noisy at night.
