Luxurious apartment in the heart of Poprad

The location of the property is excellent. Very close to the station to get the tram for exploring the mountains and a short walk from the town for supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is beautifully presented and as good as the pictures. The apartment is very clean. The hosts speak good English and are readily available to assist you should you require them. There is a great pizza bar below and an ice-cream shop. Hotel Satel is opposite and were great if you need a taxi. The station has information booklets on things to do in the area.

My only negative is the apartment had no tea/coffee available on arrival. After a day travelling on the Saturday it would have been nice to be able to make a tea/coffee. Small niggle but providing some would make a world of difference! There is no store cupboard essentials in the property for those wanting to cook.

Good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Very hot and stuffy inside with only 1 fan for multiple rooms/levels. When we opened windows to let air in wasps and bugs came in as there were no screens. No toaster in the kitchen.

Very steep stairs, hard mattresses, not working gate controller and front gate difficult to open, flat not ready at 3pm, not enough available towels, kids barriers kept in the flat even without kids

It is good location for hiking, all hiking spots are not far. Easy and good communication. The only thing is if the weather is hot, you should open all the windows:)

Very nice, wonderful, perfectly equipped apartment, with all of the things you need: living room with big smart TV, good WI-FI connection, a kitchen that meets all needs, two very nice bedroom and an other room with two convertible sofas for children, free parking place

The apartment is upstairs, the stairs are high, and the second floor bed very sensitive to movement, squeaks :(

The flat is super clean and warm. Design of the flat is amazing! The furniture is new and reliable. All the kitchen utensils are included. Location is near the city centre and train station. Big Smart TV in the dining room. Beds are comfortable.

Super late check-in (03:00 pm) and too early check out (10:00 pm). WC and bathroom do not have the key/ locker. 1 pair of keys is not enough for 8 people. Auto-check in is too difficult for the older people. There is no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom.

Specious with three bedrooms, comfortable living space and all you need for your stay provided. Great location.

Quirky toilet - children had to get used to it, one bed not so comfortable, night lights and bedside tables would be a nice addition.

High quality house furnishings, all living and entertaining equipment is provided at very high standard. Clean and spacious apartment, very helpful and friendly hosts. Close location to the main train station (a few minutes walk), shops, restaurants. Convenient road access to accommodation, private and secured parking spots. Nothing is overcolored... :) I highly recommend it. We were very satisfied with our stay.
